- We respond within 1-2 business days with pricing and a mockup
- Once you approve and pay, we begin production
- Processing time: 5-7 business days

PRICING
Custom order pricing varies based on complexity and size. We quote your specific request before any payment is taken. You approve the price before we start.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
All custom orders are final sale since the item is made specifically for you — unless it arrives damaged or defective.
