MADE TO ORDER POLICY
Because all items are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom name lightboxes and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun.
