PROCESSING TIME All items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard lightboxes. Full helmet builds require 2-3 weeks processing time.
SHIPPING CARRIERS We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States) Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days after processing Free shipping on orders over $40
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 7-21 business days after processing. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
TRACKING A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
